David M. Doggette

President / Chief Executive Officer

David Doggette serves as our President and CEO. He is primarily responsible for the strategic direction of the company and leading the senior management team. Doggette co-founded the company in 1994 with Reggie Hay, beginning government operations in 1998.

Always one to put others first, Doggette truly enjoys people and finds pleasure in competitive sports such as basketball, softball, and golf. He also loves to snow ski and water ski and has been known to do some damage at a roller skating rink. 2HB has been his passion for over 25 years and he loves working the business and being able to give back to the community.

Reggie Hay

Executive Vice-President

Reggie Hay is 2HB's current Executive VP. He performs project management, business development and technical oversight functions. Hay has broad experience in software and telecommunications product technology development. He has engineered the development of internationally deployed telecommunication products, wireless messaging systems, large-scale software-development projects and miniaturized communication systems.

While working for the Department of Defense, Hay performed research and development for image processing and digital video compression technologies.

Shaun Burwell, MBA, PMP

Chief Financial Officer / VP of Finance

Shaun Burwell joined us in 1997 when 2HB Incorporated was 2HB Software Designs Inc. He is our CFO and VP of Finance with 20+ years of Finance and Accounting experience in both the Public and Government Accounting fields. Burwell has participated in and managed a number of different financing strategies from Initial Public Offerings to Mergers and Acquisitions.

Public and civic social service is a core component of Burwell’s daily life through service in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and giving to local charitable organizations and educational institutions.
